Beech Ridge heads into September with the final two races of the shortened 2020 season – this Saturday, Sept. 5th, and next Saturday, Sept. 12th.

Both events will slide the schedule back an hour:  Pit gates open at 10 a.m., practice at 11 and racing at 2 p.m. – just like the ol’ fall afternoon races of decades gone by at the historical oval!

Wildcat and Sport Series teams will get an exclusive early open at 9:30 a.m. to accommodate those who choose to size and race the new nationally popular 870 tire.  Sport Series teams will be allowed plenty of race options:  four new 870 tires (and none for the following final race), race on existing and proven 235 tires, or mix ‘n match any combination of both – it’s sure to make even more interesting and entertaining racing!  Wildcat teams will have matching options, only with a maximum of two tires for each of these final two events.

The first round of Thursday series practice starts at 11 a.m., followed by ping-pong practice rounds with the Saturday series.

Thursday series race time is 2 p.m., followed by heat qualifying rounds and then main events for Wildcats, Sport Series and Pro Series teams.

Whiz Kidz drivers will join the Ridge line up for these final two races, showing their stuff in between the Thursday and Saturday series races.

Pit area tickets are just $30 for the entire program, start-to-finish.  Grandstand seating opens to the State-mandated 200 spectators at 1 p.m.  Grandstand tickets are only $12 for adults, free for kids 12 and under, for the entire show.

Continuing by popular demand throughout this shortened season, all events will feature 75 laps for Pro Series teams, 50 laps for Sport Series and Wildcat teams.

2020:  Only two to go, catch it while you can!
