Daniel Moss Gets First Win in Bojangles Late Model Division at Orange County Speedway

Daniel Moss and his crew are all smiles as he won for the first time at Orange County Speedway this past Saturday night in the Bojangles Late Model division!
This 75 lap event quickly turned into “the battle of the Daniel’s” as Daniel Moss and Daniel Schadt gave all in attendance their money’s worth as they battled the entire 75 laps!
When the checkered flag waved, Daniel Moss was the winner, with Daniel Schadt a very close second. Dylan Newsome took third, Trey Dillard and Richard Hayden would round out the top five.
In the Smokey Dave’s BBQ Mod 4’s it was a far bigger race than any so far in this 2021 season as bonus money was on the line! Harold Summey, Jr held off Corey Purnell to claim the $800 bonus by taking the win! Justin Morsan would finish third and Kevin Jeffries would finish fourth.
In the Choice Automotive Chargers, Austin Purnell would hold off a late race charge by Carter Russo to claim his second win in a row! Carter Russo would finish second and Chance Carpenter would finish third.
In the other events, Tommy Raino would continue to dominate the Southern Outlaw Front Wheel Drive League as took another victory.
In the Winstead Farms Mini- Stocks, Brandon Clements took the first place trophy home in his first race at OCS in 2021.
In the Phillip Walker Auctions Vintage Sportsman, Kevin Floars would hold off a charging Gary Lloyd to claim his first victory of this 2021 racing season.
Next event scheduled at OCS is the “Firecracker Frenzy” to be held on Saturday, July 17th. Also it will be “$5 Ladies Night!”
