North East, Pa., – Lake Erie Speedway, Race of Champions Modified Series, and Midwest Compact Series management will be postponing the June 6th event at Lake Erie Speedway, which featured the Race of Champions Sportsman Modifieds, Race of Champions Super Stocks, the event also included the Midwest Compacts, U.S. (INEX) Legend Cars, and Bandoleros.

The event has been postponed due to state and county restrictions due to COVID-19. Lake Erie Speedway and Race of Champions Modified Series management are working toward an agreement to reschedule the event based on the reopening phases that the state of Pennsylvania have in place along with an alternative plan that works for all constituents. After discussions with the Midwest Compacts Series management their part of the June 6th event will now be part of the June 27th event.

Phased reopening in all states varies based on the guidelines set forth by local, regional and state authorities following the guidelines. Our future events will follow the guidelines as set forth by any of the state or local authorities.
