Reveal The Hammer Eastern Swing Stops at Auto City Speedway

Elkhart, Ind. (August 25, 2021) – The final two races on the Reveal The Hammer Outlaw Super Late Model Tour heads to the eastern side of Michigan with the first stop at Auto City Speedway in Clio, Michigan this Saturday, August 28. The 100-lap feature known as the Mudslinger 100 (originally held on dirt) will host the Reveal The Hammer Tour regulars as well as some of the best Outlaw races from that part of the Great Lakes state.

In 1979 Auto City Speedway was a 3/8-mile dirt track as the legendary Ed Howe won the inaugural event. Some of the more recognized driver that took the win on dirt were Tommy Maier, Rodney Combs and Jim Dunn.

Then in 1986, the track owners paved the track, but kept the name the same on the annual epic event. Some past winners include multi-time winner John Doering Jr., Jeff Purvis, Jack Varney, Harold Fair Jr., Steve Sauve, Fred Campbell, and Stave Hantz.

Now the Reveal The Hammer Outlaw Super Late Model Tour will be adding another top driver to the Mudslinger 100 winner’s list.
